As the ePortfolio Project was being developed, I had the privilege of serving on the QEP Development Committee.​

In this experience, I learned so much about the structure of the university through different unit perspectives (administration, library, technology, assessment, etc.) from which we weaved a document to try to benefit and support as much of the Auburn Community as we could. For the first time, I experienced a “real world” collaborative writing group unrelated to my academic career.  As we pieced the document together and revised it, I learned to communicate to a wide variety of committee members and to carefully articulate my ideas so that other might consider them for the document.
